Christmas being what it is, and despite being exposed to a plethora of commercial brands, one tends to go about one’s way in a rather oblivious state. Considering it is the season of happiness, love and togetherness, it is also quite spectacularly the season of multi-billion dollar branding and marketing campaigns.

It’s a mere five weeks before Bush hands over his reign to The King of Branding, Barack Obama, but even five weeks proved a rather stretching period for brand master Bush. Instead of quietly disappearing into oblivion, it was an unannounced visit to Iraq that would see off Bush with a bang. (Note: No puns are intended during the course of this article)
